Peacefully on October 24, 2019 at the age of 84. Loving husband of Carol (nee Wilson) for 57 years. Dear father of Mark and Philip. Cherished grandfather of Haley, Heather and Joshua. Survived by his sister Judith Irwin and his brother Robert in New Zealand. Dear brother-in-law of Greg and Linda Crawford.

In the afterlife, Jack is happily puttering away in a workshop, improving on creation. Special thanks to all the caregivers at Riverside Place for their compassion during his final years.
