We are very fortunate to have a large number of individuals to aid us at the funeral home. Non-licenced staff simply means that they do not hold an Ontario Funeral Directors Licence. As such they are limited to the professional duties that they can perform. However, their biggest assests are their inter-personal skills and the familiar face that is so meaningful to families and visiting friends. We are very proud of our staff, it is the strength and knowledge of these people that provide the loving care each family we serve deserves. You will always find our staff has a unique ability to provide care beyond the expectations of those who place their trust in us.

Sue joined the Families First team in the fall of 2006. A wife and mother of two, she loves spending time with family especially attending her kid’s hockey, football and baseball games. In her spare time, she enjoys golf, rollerblading and cooking. |

Wendy is often the first kind voice you hear when you call our Lauzon office. Estate notifications to employers and insurance company is usually Wendy's responsibility. The creative scenes in the memorial folders and outside the Visitation Room, most often have her touch. She creates the lifestyle displays with the support and suggestion of the team to help friends share memories and celebrate life. |

In June of 2006 she started her career at Families First. Courtney was hired to incorporate her art and design concepts into what we have to offer you. She offers education to our staff on a daily basis. Courtney grew up in Leamington and purchased her first home there. She enjoys spending as much time as possible with her boyfriend, Zach, their yellow lab, Bosco, and Springer Spaniel, Oliver. Courtney cherishes the time she spends with her two young nieces, Ella and Hanley. She also takes pride in her photography which keeps her busy when not working at Families First. |

Simonne volunteers for the CMHA bereavement program as well as the “Remember Our Children” (ROC) bereavement group. Simonne is someone you can count on during these difficult moments. |

He moved to Windsor in order to pursue a possible career in baseball with the Windsor Selects. He received a baseball scholarship to Paris Junior College in Texas. After moving back to Windsor, Kris started in funeral service in 1998 and joined the Families First team in 2002. Some of Kris' responsibilities include assisting on funerals and making deliveries, after the funeral, to families we have served. He is also responsible for purchasing and maintaining our company vehicles. Kris is also employed on a part time basis at Windsor Regional Hospital in the mental health field. Kris is very proud of his Greek heritage as his "Papous," "Yaya," and his dad emigrated from Sparta, Greece. Kris currently resides in Windsor and enjoys spending time with his wife Stephanie and daughters Angelina and Alexia. |
