Died on April 27, 2019. Beloved husband of the late Peggy Laba. Born in Poland June 28, 1925, son of the late Dr. Roman and Stanislawa Laba.

Retired professor of Civil Engineering at the University of Windsor after 30 years of service. Dr. Laba served as an officer in the Polish army during World War II, and later as a Captain in the Canadian Army (Reserve RCEME).

Cremation has taken place. A private interment will be held at a later date.
