The family would like to thank Chartwell Oak Park in LaSalle and the 5th Floor Staff at Windsor Regional Hospital Met Campus. A special thanks to Rev. Andreas Thiel for his support and guidance to Alan and his family. A very special thank you to Dr. Jeff Price, Liz and Betty.
