It is with deep sorrow and broken hearts we announce the peaceful passing of our father, surrounded by loved ones on September 3, 2022 at 66 years of age. Loving father “Pops” of Brian (M2), Melissa Boow (Chuck), Kyle, the late Kenny and Ryan John. Cherished son of Audrey and the late Albert Hazael. Proud Papa of Aidan, Carter, Nathan, Kara, Millie, Maeve, Brady and Calvin. Dear brother of Mary Moss (Cliff), Donny Hazael (Sherry) and Jennifer Bondy. Predeceased by the love of his life Carol Ann (nee Sterling). He will be sadly missed by Shelli Hazael, Jacquie Peretti and his many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

Rusty retired from Chrysler Canada after many years of service. His grandchildren were the light of his life and he enjoyed his retirement playing with them, encouraging and supporting them. They kept him a kid at heart.

Visitation Thursday September 8, 2022 from 3 – 5 pm & 7 – 9 pm at Families First 3260 Dougall Ave. South Windsor. Funeral Service Friday September 9, 2022 at 10 am. Interment to follow Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
