Obituary for Alexander Gusba
Passed unexpectedly on Sunday at the age of 33.
Beloved son of Laura and the late Leo (2009) Gusba. Spirited brother of Emily (Tim), Andrew (Candice) and Katie (Ariell). Special uncle of Isaac, Valerie, Felix, Clara and Francis. Precious nephew of Mary Kay, Bill (late Karen, 2001), Don (Carol), Sharon (Jacque), Bob (Brian), Paul (Shelly), Great-Aunt Mary, and Great-Uncle Wayne (late Martha, 2022). Fun loving cousin to Brett, Frank, Caitlin, Amanda, Tara, Megan, Gabrielle, Erin, Hannah, Christopher, Anaya, Teagan, and Tori. Predeceased by Mimi, Papa, Gramma, Grampa and cousin Ethan (2000).
Alex was a talented chef, amateur guitarist and a lover of the outdoors. He was bilingual and always accepting of people from all walks of life. His wandering spirit is now at rest.
Visitation will take place on Friday, November 4, 2022 from 3 – 5 and 7 – 9 p.m. with prayers at 4:30 p.m. at Families First Funeral Home in South Windsor (3260 Dougall Ave., 519-969-5841). Visiting will continue on Saturday, November 5, 2022 from 9:30 a.m. until the time of mass at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Name of Mary Church. Burial to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
