Obituary for Andreas "Dre" John Rodrigues
It is with great sadness we announce the loss of our son Andreas on July24th, 2021 at 31 years of age. He will be dearly missed by his mother Martina DeAngelis, his Fiancé Erin Begin, his Pai Assis Rodrigues and wife Cherie, his grandmother Helga Leining and late grandfather Theodor. Beloved father of Ashlyn. He is the cherished brother of Alex (Leslie), Alan (Natasha), A.J. (Jade), Andrew, Asaiah (Georgia), Alicia, Aliyah. He will be forever loved by his furbaby “Muchu” Athena. He will also be missed by his brothers in arms Matt Needham and John Tessier, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Dre was a free spirit, who lived on the edge but still lit up a room. He would give you the shirt off his back, anything to help anybody, friend or stranger. He was supportive to anyone in need. He was an avid gun enthusiast and loved riding his custom motorcycle. Very family oriented, comedian, loved to pick on his siblings, but when it came down to it, he was protective and loving.
He was the very BEST in everything he put his mind to.
Visitation Thursday, July 29, 2021 from 3pm until time of a Celebration of Andreas’ Life at 6pm at Families First, 3260 Dougall Ave., South Windsor, 519-969-5841.
