Peacefully on June 5, 2019 at 85 years of age. Reunited with her beloved husband Jan Zadworny (1989). Loving mother of Grace “Grazyna” Zadworna, Teresa Niemiec (Jerzy), the late Zofia Kolodziejski (2009) (Bob), and Jozef Zadworny. Treasured Babcia of Patrycja Niemiec, Maciej Niemiec, Robert Kolodziejski and great-Babcia of Chloe Hass. Dear sister of Adela Rachfalowska, the late Maria Kozyra and the late Stefa Pelic. She will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews.

Cremation has taken place. Memorial visiting Friday 7-9pm with prayers at 8:00pm at Families First 3260 Dougall Ave. South Windsor, 519-969-5841. On Saturday family and friends are invited to meet after 9:15am at Holy Trinity Church (1035 Ellis St. E) followed by Mass at 10:00am. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
