Dear Barry and Family:
I was so sorry to hear about Anne. My deepest sympathies to you all at this difficult time, but know your excellent memories of this most wonderful lady will bring you comfort and peace. My mom was a transplanted Cape Bretoner as well, and I know Anne imparted much of their special warmth to those who knew her.

Barry and family,
I’m sorry for your loss. Anne was such a gracious and warm lady. Her love of family, her heritage and adventure shone through every day. A trip up the 401 to Toronto for her and Barry was a ride around the block.
She was tea and talk, yarn and train trips, Santa Claus parades and Easter visits.
When my Aunt Margaret died in Dearborn, Anne and Barry met me at the airport, served me lunch, offered me their car and led me to the bridge.
I will always be grateful to have known such a beautiful person, such a fine couple.
With much love, Jo-Anne
