Obituary for Anthony Frattaroli

Antonio Frattaroli of Amherstburg, Ontario, born in Pietrafitta, Frosinone, Italy, passed away Friday, February 3, 2023 at 77 years of age.

Mourning his loss yet celebrating his life, is his wife Lynda Frattaroli, daughter Tina Laterreur and husband Ian, son Jeff and wife Denny, grandchildren Malia and Milania, Fabiana, Mirella, and Alessia. His 5 granddaughters were the pride and joys of his life, he was an incredible Nonno to them all and they will miss him dearly. Loving brother to Maria Vento and husband Salvator, Sue Herbison and husband Tim. Brother-in-law to Larry Gardiner and wife Pat, Lydia Ruston, Carol Gheesling and husband Robert. Predeceased by father Leonardo, mother Onorina, brother Robert, father-in-law Alex Gardiner and mother-in-law Loretta, brothers-in-law Alex Gardiner and Jim Ruston.

Tony was a natural engineer, entrepreneur, exemplary mold maker, and the founder of React Tool and Mold. Longtime member of the Ciociaro Club of Windsor and many other associations. His many friends will be comforted by their memories of great shared times attending car shows, garage time, years of motorcross, drag racing, and golf. Tony had a great enthusiasm for life and strived for his best in everything he did.

Visitation Thursday March 9, 2023 from 2 – 4:30 pm and 7 – 9 pm at Families First, 3260 Dougall Ave., South Windsor, 519-969-5841. On Friday March 10, 2023, family and friends are invited to meet directly at St. John the Baptist Church (225 Brock St., Amherstburg) for an 11 am Funeral Mass.
