Obituary for Antonio "Tony" Bertuccio

It is with heavy hearts we announce the peaceful passing of Antonio Bertuccio with his loving family by his side on September 24, 2023 at 87 years of age. Cherished husband of Maria (nee Carnamucio) for 57 years. Adored dad of Carmelo (Franca) and Joe. Proud Nonno of Anthony and Gianni. Dear brother of Nancy Corio (Joe) and the late Joe Bertuccio (Virginia). Brother-in-law of Francesco (Nuziatina) and predeceased by Carmelo (Nicolina), Theresa (Stefano) and Mica (Martino). Predeceased by his parents Carmelo and Giuseppina Bertuccio. Zio of Tony (Cristina), the late Carmelino, Pina, Carmen (Selena), Danny (Miranda) and his adored nieces and nephews in Italy.

Tony retired from Chrysler Canada after 33 years of dedicated service. He was an avid Toronto Maple Leaf, Juventus and Ferrari F1 fan. Tony loved making wine but his biggest passion was his garden. He loved his family gatherings, bowling and playing Italian card games. Tony was a kind and gentle man who was always willing to give a helping hand to anyone.
