Passed away peacefully on September 4, 2019 at 73 years of age.

Dear wife of the late Howard Joseph Oakes (2001) and the late Edward Charles Brown (1983). Cherished mother of Shelly (Brown) and husband Patrick Boudreau and the late Charles “Chuck” Brown (1983). Dear step-mother of Jaque, Noella, Donna and Brenda. Loving grandmother of Brian Brown and Charlene Brown. Dearest sister of the late Carole Crane. Auntie to Lisa Dumochelle, James Cronmiller and Godmother to Joanne Thibert.

Arlene was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 594, St. Andrew’s Church and the Unifor # 444.

Visitation WEDNESDAY, September 11, 2019 from 3-5pm and 7-9pm at Families First 3260 Dougall Ave. South Windsor, 519-969-5841 Cremation to follow. On FRIDAY, September 13, 2019 family and friends are invited to meet at St. Andrew’s Church, 205 Laurier Dr., LaSalle after 10 am followed by Memorial Service at 11:00 am.
