Barbara Ann Jeffery
Passed away peacefully, at home with family by her side on January 18, 2020 at 74 years of age. Loving wife and best friend of Doug for 49 years. Adored mother of Scott and wife Lori and the late Robert (2013). Proud grandma of Lauren Ann and MacKay and furry granddog Jager. Predeceased by parents Frank (1994) and Mary (1969) Nairn. Dear sister of the late Don Nairn (1992) (Joyce and her late husband Elmer), Elizabeth Garrett (the late Bob, 2002) (the late Don, 2017), the late Jim Nairn (2005) (Marilyn), Jack Nairn (Gail) and Susan Curran (the late Bev, 2012). Special friends of Carol and Randy. She will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
For many, Barb will be remembered as the biggest hockey, baseball and ballet fan in the stands. A special thank you to Dr. Elfiki, Dr. Burgess, the staff at St. Elizabeth Healthcare, for the special care received from Francois at ParaMed and the team at WRH Cancer Centre.
If you so desire, donations to Transition to Betterness or the Windsor and Essex County Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.
Visitation Tuesday January 21, 2020 from 3 – 5 pm & 7 – 9 pm. Visitation will resume Wednesday January 22, 2020 from 9 am until the time of Funeral Service at 10 am at Families First 3260 Dougall Ave. South Windsor. Interment Heavenly Rest Cemetery to follow.
