After a short hard fought courageous battle on November 20, 2018 at 65 years of age. Beloved wife of 32 years to Timothy. Cherished daughter of Phyllis Allen. Loved Aunt of Angel, Andy, Tiffany, Melissa, Sherry, and Glen. Barb retired from the Windsor Police Services in 2009 as an Inspector after 29 years of service. She was a dedicated sports fan to the Toronto Maple Leafs, the Detroit Tigers and the Detroit Lions. Barb will always be remembered as a gentle soul who was always giving and helping others.
