Another Angel has gained her wings. Former spouse of the late Hartley L. Duncan (2001) and the late Ernest F. Smith (1997). Loving mother of Stephen (Sandy Smith), late Ernest Albert Smith (2018), Karen (Doug Parent) and Kirk Smith (James). Proud and loving grandmother of six and great-grandmother of five. Dearest sister of Florine (late Pete Tudrick) and Roger (late Shirley). Predeceased by her siblings Gloria Masse (late Homer) and Donna Marion. She will be sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews. Barbara’s greatest love in life was her family. She will always be remembered for her sense of humour, her smile, her loving ways and generosity. She never shied away from sharing a beer with the people she loved.
