Obituary for Breanna Katherine Van Watteghem
It is our deepest regret to inform the community of Breanna’s passing on December 4, 2022. Suddenly and tragically at the age of 24, Breanna leaves behind a legacy of smiles, laughter, friends, family, and precious pet rats.
Survived by her parents; Mark Van Watteghem, Stephanie Van W. (Mark Tiffin), siblings; Amber, Tyler, and Haley, and grandparents; Paul and Barb Van. Bree was a special aunt to Daniel, Emma, Cayden, and Mateo. She will be missed by aunts, uncles, and cousins; Nathan, Gerald and Sabrina. Forever loved by David and his family. Bree is now reunited with her late grandmother Constance Tiffin and her honorary big brother Adam.
As a kidney transplant recipient, Breanna was a strong advocate for organ and tissue donation. She loved hockey, longboarding, music, and spending time with her nieces and nephews. She will forever be our guardian angel. We love you Breanna!
Visitation will take place on Thursday, December 8, 2022 from 3 – 5 and 7 – 9 p.m. at Families First in East Windsor (1065 Lauzon Rd. 519-969-5841). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 9, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Cremation to follow.
Donations in memory of Breanna may be made to the Ronald McDonald House, Make-A-Wish Foundation or London Health Sciences Foundation- Multi Organ Transplant Program.
