Born October 8, 1957. It is with heavy hearts that we announce the unexpected but peaceful passing of Brenda, surrounded by her loving husband and family on February 25, 2024. Cherished wife of Jim for over 45 years. Predeceased by her parents Robert and Agnes Bulmer. Dear sister of Bob (late Dawn), Linda Friest (Mark), Diane Mallat (Don), Angie Seguin (Bob), Jim (Kerri), and Chris (Janice). Daughter-in-law of Dolores and the late Hector Lucier, sister-in-law of John (Laura), Rose May Medler (late Jack & Harvey), late Marie, late Cathy Ouellette (Gary), Laura Oxford (late Larry & Art), Geraldine McCauley (late Gordon), Antoinette Simone (Bill), Annette, and Anita Laframboise (Les). Special Godmother of Mike Bulmer and Adam Seguin. She will be deeply missed by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. Longtime friend of Susan, Valerie, Denise, Donna and the late Nan. Brenda had a huge heart for animals and is now reunited with her fur-babies Sebastian, Charles Brown, Lucy, Harley and Mew.

A nurturer by heart, Brenda deeply loved all the children she looked after over the years. Her “Happy Place” was on the swing out in the yard, or in the sun. Special thank you to the staff at WRH Metropolitan campus, especially Dr. Aoun for his honesty and compassion.

If you so desire, donations in Brenda’s memory may be made to the Humane Society of Windsor & Essex.
