It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our loving Candace on June 3, 2020 at the age of 42 years.

Loving mother to Gabriel Kuzyk, who was the greatest joy in Candace’s life. Precious daughter to Dennis and Joanne Kuzyk. Adored sister to Denise Kuzyk (Tom Bell), Austin Kuzyk and predeceased by her sister Joanne Julie. Adored aunt to Kirstin (Brandon), Joshua and great-aunt to Willium, Dawson and Octavia. Candace is predeceased by her grandparents Morris and Margaret Kuzyk, Lyal and Martha Holmes. Gone to meet her pet rabbits Patches and Bubba. Candace will be missed by her aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

The family would like to thank Hotel Dieu Hospital doctors, nursing staff, dialysis unit and Crown Transportation and special thank you to Dr. Kadri. Everyone’s kindness and compassion will always be remembered.
