Obituary for Carol Lynn Evans

It was a life journey with its’ fair share of bumps and tears but with plenty of fun and laughs along the way. On June 3, 2019, we said good-bye to Carol at home in her 59th year.
Loving wife of Morgan for 28 years. Adoring mother of her beloved Isaac (Courtney).
Cherished daughter of Al and is now free in spirit to be with her mother, Lillian and baby brothers Allan and James.
Beloved sister of Christine and Chris, and Cathy and Mike. Sister in law of Laird, Rebecca and Sam, Lang and Mary, and Tom and Penny. She will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Will be sorely missed by dear friend and confidant, Denise Haslam.
Carol had the BIGGEST heart and her fun loving personality lit up any room into which she entered. Those who knew Carol will cherish her strong will and fun-loving spirit. Moving forward together, we will reflect on her life with memories that will make us smile.
Carol proudly served as the first civilian to work in the Forensic Branch of the Windsor Police Service and became the resident expert in all things related to fingerprints from 1977-2015. Carol was endeared to all animal life and devoutly donated to their salvation.
In Carol’s memory donations to any animal welfare organization, Windsor Regional Cancer Centre Foundation, or Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
We would also like to extend our gratitude and appreciation for the care given to Carol by the Cancer Centre staff, Hospice and ParaMed especially Datsa.
Memorial visiting Thursday from 3-5 pm and 7-9 pm. Please join our family in celebrating Carol’s life on Friday at 11:30 am at FAMILIES FIRST, 1065 Lauzon Rd., East Windsor, 519-969-5841. Share memories, photos or make a donation online at www.FamiliesFirst.ca
