Loving wife of 38 years and best friend to Jeff Thachuk. Beloved Mother to Shelley Keyeux Tremblay, Jeff Keyeux (Rachel), Jamie Martin, Melanie Martin Bennett (Bob). Stepmother to Danna Russell (Dan), Debbie Rochon (John). Jeffrey Thachuk Jr., and Darcy Gay Thachuk. Caroll retired from the City of Windsor after more than 30 years of dedication in the Traffic Engineering Dept. She began her career as one of first metermaids in 1967 and retired as a Supervisor. Caroll was known for her beauty and won a place as Miss December in a The North American Prettiest Metermaid calendar in 1975.

In her retirement, Caroll and Jeff loved to vacation in Vegas where Caroll was known to be very lucky. Caroll will always be remembered for her sense of style, for being the life of the party, and for helping people realize their own beauty.

Donations to the Hospice of Windsor would be appreciated by the family.
