Obituary for Carolyn Jean "Carol" Parent (Reynolds)
Peacefully, surrounded by her family on January 6, 2024 at 77 years of age. Beloved wife of 60 years to Jerry. Loving mother of Dion (Renée), Heather (Chris) Fuerth, and Rodney (Lori). Cherished Grandma to Rose, Dawn, Ryan (Shaina), Ashley (Brad), Jade (Adam), Coral (Trevor),and Brooke (Aaron). Treasured great-grandma to Xavier, Daniel, Braydin, Jacoby, Cooper, Nathan, Myles, Noah, Cooper, and Skylar. Predeceased by parents Gordon and Donna Reynolds. Dear sister to the late Jack, late Dennis and survived by her brother Russell (Joanne) Reynolds. Sister-in-law to Wayne (Greta) Parent, late Carol, Debbie (Mark) Tisdale and Becky (Mike) O’Neil.
Carol was retired after many years of service with the Tunnel BBQ. She was an avid traveller, with cruises being a favourite means for her travels. She was a fan of the Montreal Canadiens, Windsor Spitfires, Toronto Blue Jays and was a competitive card player. Carol was a social butterfly, the brightest light in the room, and had a gift of bringing a smile to everyone’s face.
