Obituary for Chad Jason Clark

Chad Jason Clark, the son of the late Jacqueline Jefferies and Jesse Douglas Phillips was born on June 26, 1971 in Windsor, Ontario. At 49 years of age, Chad was called home on October 25, 2020, to be reunited in the loving arms of his mother and father. He also leaves behind his stepfather, James Clark.

Chad leaves behind his children that have always had a special place in his heart and will continue to dwell within his soul: Jasmine, Chad, Tristan, Austin, Alicia, Andrew, Jesse (predeceased), Cameron, Jesse and Isaiah. Grandpa (papa) to Savannah, Ava and Elaina.

Cherished companion of Sharon Hess.

Growing up with many siblings Chad was surrounded by constant love and affection.
Chad will leave behind many nieces and nephews, cousins, extended family members and friends. All that held a special place in his heart.

Chad had an infectious laugh and a personal sense of style that complimented his many talents. This includes but is not limited to: singing, dancing and cooking. His voice and laugh will be carried in our hearts and memories as a reminder of the kindness and compassion he showed to us all. Not a day will go by that Chad will not be thought of, his laugh, his kind nature and sense of humour will dwell within all of our hearts until we meet up again.
