Obituary for Charlie Baird
On August 7th 2020 at 70 years of age. Charlie passed away peacefully with his beautiful wife Alice by his side. Proud father of their four children, Jennifer Baird, Charlie Baird, Peter Baird and Allison Tatomir (Tyson). And Donna Duffett-Jahnke (Bruce). Loved by his grandchildren Shawn, Emily, Isabelle and Xavier, Owen and Gwen, Logan, Dillan.
Charlie was a true artist when it came to the over 40 years that he spent roofing and siding. He became an alumni at Brentwood in 1982 and has worked as an addiction counsellor there for many years. He was told by Father Paul Charbonneau that he needed to be a servant, not a soldier. Charlie became and remained that servant.
If you so desire, donations made to Brentwood Recovery Home would be appreciated by the family.
On Monday August 10, 2020, reservations and personal face coverings are required to attend visitation from 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. You can reserve your time for visitation at FamiliesFirst.ca (RSVP) or by calling directly. On Tuesday August 11, 2020, a private family service will be held at 11:30 a.m. by invitation only. Share memories, photos or make a donation at www.FamiliesFirst.ca
