Obituary for Costantino Ingratta
Costantino passed away peacefully at his home with his loving family by his side on January 6, 2021 at the age of 89 years.
Costantino was born in Villa Canale Italy on December 17, 1931. He was married to the love of his life Dorotea, for 71 years. Cherished father to the late Dina (2012), Ercolino (Helen), Caterina Carnevale, Roberto (Rae-Anne). Beloved Nonno to Carissa (Martin), Arica (Joshua), Costin, Robert and Bisnonno to Grace, Esther and a baby on the way.
Costantino immigrated to Canada in 1951 to start a new life and sponsored many family members from Italy. He was hard working and could fix anything. He always had the right tool for the job, even if he had to invent it. He was an employee of Fabricated Steel as a tool maker for 38 years and a proud member of the Giovanni Caboto Club for 41 years and the Roma Club of Leamington for many years. Costantino had a passion for music and was an active member of the Leamington Choir and the St. Angela Merici Church Choir in Windsor. He played the accordion beautifully and would often liven up gatherings of friends and family with his music. His smile and sense of humour were truly infectious and he will be dearly missed.

Reservations and personal face coverings are required to attend visitation on Sunday January 10, 2021 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. at Families First, 3250 Dougall Ave., South Windsor, 519-969-5841. Private family service and entombment Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
