Eva,

I am very sorry for your loss. I met Curtis when Nancy and I were in the Caymans in 2009. He was such a vibrant young man. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.

Eva,
I am so heartsick thinking about this tragedy. Curtis was such a thoughtful son and I know that you will miss him. Words are beyond me now.

I will pray for you and Dayna.

My wife and I met Curty in Grand Cayman a number of years ago through the close friendship he had with our son Steve who was living there. Curtis certainly was and continued to be one of the most unique and absolutely pleasant individuals we had ever met. On each visit to Cayman we deliberately looked Curty up several times just to enjoy his company. We can honestly say that we laughed from start to finish. We met and dined with he and his mother Eva and we were both blown away by how important his son was to him. The world could certainly have more Fathers like Curtis! His passing has affected us in a big way and all that we can hope is that we will be privileged enough to meet him again in the next life. Forever in our hearts, Jay and Sharon Shore.

My condolences to Curty's family. I was saddened to learn of Curts passing. I met Curt in Grand Cayman in 2010 when I moved to Treasure Island Resort from Manitoba. I was a scared, homesick 24 year old small town prairie girl and i met him my first night at Lobby bar. He reassured me things would get easier and he was right. He made Cayman seem more like home and i enjoyed the nightly visits to the bar knowing he would be there, he introduced me to fellow Canadians and was never to busy to say hi and ask how my day was. I'll never forget him and his kindness.
