Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on June 20, 2019 at 82 years of age. Beloved husband of the late Dionisia . Loving father of Maria Balagtas, Merlinda Sarmiento (late Andres), Damiano Balagtas Jr. (Eden), the late Alexander Balagtas (Angela), Mary Ann Bernabe (William), Minerva Black (Leroy), Marilen Caliwan (Niel), Aristotle Balagtas. Will be missed by his 24 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.
