Passed away peacefully on December 27, 2019 at 81 years of age. Beloved husband of Ruth for 57 years. Loving father of Alexander (Jennifer), Jeffrey (Carole-Anne), Christopher (Vivian), Joseph (Margot), Peter and Cynthia. Will be missed by his18 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Dear brother of Carol Young (Jim) and Gwen Crump. Brother in-law of Lee Wilkinson (Avril), Margaret Bowler (Bill), Donna Wanless (Bruce) and Ann Hutchison (late Wayne). Dan retired after many years of service as the Chief Building Official for the Townships of Anderdon and Malden. Nothing was more important to Dan than leading and nurturing a strong family unit. He treasured the family farm where he lived and worked for more than 50 years.

At Dan’s request there will be no visitation or services; cremation has taken place.
