I'm so sorry to hear that Dave had passed. I signed in to the ladder and the 1st thing I saw was the announcement of his passing. I was totally shocked. I must say that Dave was the nicest man that I've never meet. He was greatly loved by all of us. He is and will be greatly missed.

I am so sorry for your loss! I have been on the OCGL ladder league for about 3 years and had many interactions with Dave. We had an adversarial but fun relationship lol. He was alway threatening to take me down to game room 6 lol, but never did lololol!! If I really wanted to get his goat I would call him David all the time. He introduced me to a lot of great guys that to greater and lesser degrees enjoyed playing golf and goofing off. He always had time for you and would go the extra mile to help you or solve a problem you were having. He was relentless at improving OCGL ladder league and set the greatest example of how to have fun without hurting or offending any one person!! Even though I new Dave for only 3 years it seems like a life time of good friendship!!

I am so sorry to hear about Dave's passing. I had many good times playing with and against him. He invited me into the league and the family.

He was the glue that held the Club together. A genuinely nice human being, who will be missed by all who knew him.

Dave had a great sense of humor. Always trying to get a laugh and taking the good natured insults in stride. He could take as good as he got. When I left the league he called me to make sure everything was alright. He will be greatly missed and I will always remember him. Rest in Peace.

Dave will be truly missed by myself and the many people in the OCGL Golf League. For six years I was associated with Dave and realized he was an honest, fair, and trusting individual who always gave his all to each endeavor he undertook. A true friend. My heart goes out to Lynn and all of the children some of which I never had the pleasure to know but through the stories I heard from Dave, made me feel like I was a small part of the family. I will miss him and all he gave to me through his friendship.

Dave will be missed one of my favourite cousins. I love you Dave. If I needed help with anything he was always thier to help me out. I am out west now but I am with you all in spirit ❤️❤️❤️

i met dave 3 mths after he started ocgl.we became friends.such a great league he started and operated..he should be proud because many tried and most failed to accomplish this.Dave was a very good friend and very good man.i feel honored to have known him. Rest in peace bud.My biggest condolences to all the family.

We are both saddened and feel a loss of friendship with Dave's passing. He became one of our closest friends during the last 5 to 6 years, talking nearly every day, and sharing the little things in life. We wish the family peace in the coming days, and we trust that as time goes by, the memories will bring smiles to your faces, as that will be the way we will remember him.

I am so sorry for your loss. Dave was an amazing man, he put together a family here on the league, and I know how proud he was to accomplish that. Dave and I talked quite a bit and I am so glad to have known him. I know he is at peace now. My condolences to all the family.
