Obituary for David Postma

It is with heavy hearts and tremendous sadness the Postma family (Dave, Caroline, Steven, Alyssa and Vanessa) had to say goodbye to David late Wednesday night. David suffered many years from, and ultimately succumbed to, epilepsy. Our hearts are broken, and the immense sadness is a nightmare. David was loved and cherished by many people. This sucks. Our sweet, sweet boy, we love you forever and always.

On Thursday, March 11, 2021 reservations and personal face coverings are required to attend visitation from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. with prayers by Rev. Stan Fraser at 4:30 p.m. at Families First, 3260 Dougall Ave., South Windsor, 519-969-5841. You can reserve your time for visitation or seat for prayers using the RSVP buttons below.

“I’d rather take a chance and make a fool of myself than not try at all.” –David Postma

“Humble enough to know I aint better than nobody – just different.” –David Postma

We are energy, and energy never dies, it just changes form.

Be like David. Be kind. Be aware that other people have feelings. Skate like there is no tomorrow. Smoke if you got ‘em. Appreciate what you have and who you love.
