Lovingly remembered by John-Paul Middleton and his wife Lidia, and their daughter Julia. Predeceased by his parents, Pauline and David.
Derek was an established tattoo artist who enjoyed his time drawing and was always willing to help someone in need. Derek was an animal lover, listened to the Tragically Hip and was an avid lighter collector. In his downtime, he watched Coronation Street and was a Liverpool, England football fan. He is now with his mum and dad.
