In his 92nd year, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on June 13, 2012. Beloved husband for 65 years of Vincenza. Loving father of Maria Racine & Wayne, Catherine Scodeller & Orfeo, Vito & Rosanne, Josie Klymko & Eugene, Anna Anthony & late husband Don (2009) and Dominic & Beth. Devoted Nonno of Kris, Kerri, Marc, Amy, Stacey, James, Michael, Melissa, Amanda, Kevin, Dominic and Deanna. Bis Nonno of Coleton, Quinnton, Alyse, Brooklyn, Eliana, Adalyn and Mackenzie. Predeceased by his sister Catarina Lavecchia. He will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Dominic immigrated to Canada in 1951 from Italy and had his young family join him in 1953. He retired from Chryslers after 33 years of service. Dominic will be lovingly remembered for his hard work ethics as well as his passion for gardening but most of all for the love he had for his wife & children and especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
