Passed away peacefully with her husband, Don at her side, at The Hospice of Windsor on April 19, 2020 at age of 69. Cherished wife of Don (Donald) Spafford. Dear mother to Lisa (Leo) Racicot, Jennifer Spafford and Julie (Tyler) Bradbury. She was Oma Donna to her grandchildren, Kylie, Colten, Ashley, Kate, Reggie and Emersyn who she loved dearly. Donna is predeceased by her parents Peter and Catherine Goss of Waterloo, Ontario. She is the loving sister to William (Linda) Goss. She loved her niece and nephew Caroline (Ian) Godfrey and Jason (Andrea) Goss. Donna, worked for the Ministry of the Attorney General, she held various positions within the ONTARIO Court of Justice. She loved to golf, spending time with her families and friends and loved being on their deck witnessing the seasons unfold. Donna had an insatiable curiosity: about history, politics, the arts, cooking, nature, science, and most of all, about her friends and family. She was always aware of what was important in their lives, and remembered and followed the joys and sorrows of everyone that mattered to her. Donna had a wonderful and subtle sense of humor. She approached life with a twinkle in her eye, she was fiercely loyal to those she loved. The family would like to thank the staff of the Hospice of Windsor for all your kindness and compassion. If you so desired, donations may be made in memory of Donna to The Hospice of Windsor & Essex County or Transition 2 Betterness. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
