Obituary for Dora White
It is with heavy hearts that the family of Dora White announce her passing on Sunday, January 3, 2021.
Reunited with her husband Frank, her son Mike, her parents, Tom & Ann Driscoll, brothers, Jack, Tom and Jim Driscoll.
Left to cherish Dora’s memory are her children; Mary (Dave) Carnegy of Medicine Hat AB; Cathy (Marty) Braunstein; sons Dan and Pat; daughter-in-law, Anne White of Williams Lake, BC; 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren; her sister, Margaret Reaume of Richmond Hill, Ontario, and numerous very special nieces and nephews.
Dora was a caring and loving mother with a wonderful sense of humour. She will be dearly missed.
The family would like to thank Dr. Shen, and the Essex neighbourhood staff at the Village at St. Clair for their wonderful and compassionate care of our mother, especially during this difficult time.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a private family internment has taken place at Heavenly Rest Cemetery. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
Those wishing to remember Dora may do so through a donation to the Downtown Mission or to the Salvation Army.
