Passed away with family by his side at The Hospice of Windsor and Essex County on November 20, 2019 at the age of 59. Predeceased by his parents Charles and Margaret Semande. Dear brother of Barb Semande, Dan (Rada) Semande, and Madeleine Zojac. Cherished uncle of Jenn (Jeff) and Vicky (Matt) and great-uncle of Jacob and Matthew. Scoop will be missed by many cousins, extended family and friends. He was a long time member of the Knights of Columbus St. Joseph Council 5642.
