It is noon on February 4th and you all sitting together to commemorate Ed's life, a life well lived in that Ed held many roles in his life: as a husband, father, relative, neighbor, teacher, and friend. I think he did admirably in everyone of those roles and as people hear from those who will speak of Ed "Butch" today, everyone's minds will be filled with stories, thoughts, and memories of their own interactions with him. For me, I remember lots of exchanges we had on annual treks to Windsor and Kingsville. He will be remembered. My thoughts are with you as his "Celebration of Life" unfolds.
