Passed away peacefully on April 30, 2021 at the age 84 years. Loving husband to Barbara (nee Quimby), with whom he celebrated 45 years of marriage. Dearest father to Carl (Janice) Hooper and step-father to Thomas (Charlotte) Fournier. Adored grandfather to Ella and Rachael Hooper, Conner Fournier and Kira Fournier. Dear brother to Gary Hooper and Carol Hooper. Beloved brother-in-law to Peter (late JoAnne) Quimby, Bob (Carole) Quimby.

Edward was a former employee with the Ford Motor Company, member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #594. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt and coached baseball and hockey.


In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Windsor & Essex County Cancer Centre Foundation or the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #594 would be appreciated.

On Tuesday, May 4, 2021 reservations and personal face coverings are required to attend visitation from 3-5pm & 7-9pm at Families First, 3260 Dougall Ave., South Windsor, 519-969-5841.
