Obituary for Elizabeth "Betty" Montague
Peacefully on July 1, 2022 with her family by her side. Beloved mother of Kathleen (Randy Krueger), Maureen (Jim Preston), and William “Bill” Lidlow (Sherry). Cherished grandmother of Jason Leili (Andrea), Stephen Leili (Michelle), Shannon Leili (Michele Alberton), Jennifer Newman, Danny Newman, Michael Lidlow, and Michelle Hamilton (Derek). Elizabeth will be sadly missed by her 10 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Betty worked for many years in the finance department of several institutions before retiring from the University of Windsor. Special thank you to her loving godson Stephen Dobson for all of his care and support.
Visitation will be held on Monday July 4, 2022 from 6-9 p.m. Visitation will continue from 10 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Service at 11 a.m. on Tuesday July 5, 2022 at Families First South Windsor, 3260 Dougall Ave., South Windsor, 519-969-5841. Interment Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
Donations to the Canadian Lung Association would be appreciated by the family.
