Peacefully, with her family by her side on August 26, 2019 at 69 years of age. Beloved wife and best friend of 49 years to Peter. Loving mother of Peter (Katie) and Michael. Cherished Gramma to Drake, Dante, Darian, and Desirae. Sadly missed by her canine companion Bella. Treasured daughter of the late Don and Jean Duggan. Dear sister of Barb, Don, Bob, Roxanne and Jamie. Loved daughter-in-law of Filippa and the late Francesco Pellerito. Dearest sister-in-law to Sal, Cathy, Gerri, Grace, Anna, Frank, and Philip. Fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews.

Ellen was retired from Caesars Windsor and a proud member of Local 444.
