Passed away May 23, 2019 at the age of 84. Predeceased by her beloved husband Andrew “Drew” (2008). Elsie will be greatly missed by her family. A dedicated Mom to Ian (Ellen) and Gordon; loving and proud Grandma to Kyle, Alicia, Mary Anne (Joey Najim) and Andrew; and Great Grandmother of three.
Elsie will be missed by her family in Scotland, including her nieces and nephews. She was the treasured "big sister" to Joan and Joyce and beloved cousin of Christine. In Canada, Elsie is lovingly remembered by her friend Lois Grady and the entire Sahli family.

"Lovely" is the word used most often to describe Elsie, and she was. But there was so much more to this small but mighty woman. During her lifetime, Elsie was often forced to discover what SHE was capable of doing. Challenged with many difficult obstacles, this amazing woman overcame them all with grace, quiet strength, humour and faith.

In lieu of flowers, if you so desire, donations to the Hospice of Windsor or Windsor Essex County Cancer Centre Foundation would be appreciated by the family.

Cremation has taken place.
