Passed away peacefully at the Hospice of Windsor on June 25, 2022 at 61 years of age with his loving daughter by his side. Dear father of Nicole (Vince Dufour) and their children, Joel Santarossa and his son, Aaron Jahnke and Lauren Jahnke. Spouse of Donna Santarossa. Beloved son of Martha and the late Ludwig Jahnke. Brother of Heidi (Tom Doktorcik) and Rita O’Neil. Uncle of Jen Doktorcik, Chris Doktorcik (Donna), Jackie O’Neil and Carly O’Neil. Good friend of Brenda Cheswick (David). He will be dearly missed by Sabrina, his faithful Blue Heeler. Erwin was a long time and devoted employee of Valiant Machine & Tool Inc. Cremation has taken place.
