Obituary for Eugene "Gene" Somerville
Cherished husband for over 64 years to Beverley (nee Peak).
Beloved father of the late David (January 1963), Lynn & husband Jeff MacDonald (Jackson Point, Ont.), and Robert & wife Donna.
Loving Poppa to Natalie & Josh, Meaghan, Mitchell, Mario, Stephanie (Brielle), Stevan & Ashley (Stevan).
Predeceased by his loving mother Hazel & step-father Evan Lee.
Gene retired as an Elementary School Teacher from Maryvale after 30 years of dedicated service. He was an avid curler, bowler & golfer and also enjoyed playing & coaching baseball, basketball & track.

Cremation has taken place. Visitation on Wednesday March 20th from 11:30am until a Celebration of Life at 1pm all at St. Aidan’s Church (St. Theresa’s Catholic Church), 1991 Norman Rd. Windsor Ontario, N8T 1S1. Arrangements entrusted to Families First - South Windsor.
