It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Fely surrounded by her family. She is gone to be with the Lord on April 14, 2019 age of 77 years. Adored wife of Renato for 48 years. Loving mother of Rowena Bautista (Emmanuel), and Rainier Villas (Jaclyn) and stephchildren Joel Villas Ford and his wife Pamala. Cherished Lola of Kendall (Ann), Brendan, Laila Rae, Riley Jacob, Spencer, Branden (Brittney), and Wesley (Chantell). Great grandmother of Aiden, Noah, Aria, and Naomi. Dear sister of Aquilino Balagot (Bernie), Arturo Balagot (Jesusa), Fe Centeno (Yolanda), Felisa Gregorio (Howard), Rosario Gregorio (Marvin), Artemio Balagot (Edith), Alex Balagot (Rowena), Ericson Balagot (Sheryl), and reunited with her late sisters Flora Wilson, Florentina Bartolata (Jaime), Terisita Venerascion (Enrique), and Marilou Orence (David). Fely will be dearly missed by her brothers and sisters in law Helen Villas, Annalie Jarencio (Medardo), Norlito Villas (Romula), Annabelle Lopez (Theodore), Carolina Villas, Eddie Villas (Anselma), and Servando Villas and the late Danilo Villas (Severina). Survived by countless nieces and nephews.

She was a devote Catholic and an active parishioner at Holy Name of Mary Church and was a member of the Filipino Choir. She worked as a medical lab technician at Grace Hospital, and retired from Hotel Dieu Grace.

A special thanks to our support circle including all of the medical professionals who through their efforts gave us 3 more months with Fely, especially Dr. Erin Dyer, the amazing staff at ICU and Neurology at Ouellette Campus. Also, a thanks to the Rehab Team at the Tayfour Centre who worked with tirelessly with Fely to improve her life, especially Jessie, Jenny, Kelly and Dante. Thank you to the family and friends who offered respite, and kept her company.
