Passed away peacefully into the Lord's hands at Hotel Dieu Hospital, Windsor, Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at the age of 89. Much loved wife of the late Edward (2005) with whom she shared 55 years of marriage. Loving mother of Annette and husband Michael Bondy. Cherished mémé to Melissa Bondy and Brian Phaneuf. Daughter of the late Louis (1969) and Lucy (1984) Beneteau. Dearest sister of Jules (Dolores) Beneteau, Margaret and the late Dick Martin, Madeleine (Nil) Desmarais, Lucille (Ron) Henderson, the late Marie and Gerry Desmarais, Paul (Terry) Beneteau, the late Phil and Mary Lou Beneteau and John (Hélene) Beneteau. Dearest sister-in-law of Theresa Burns. Survived by many nieces and nephews. For several years, Florence and Ed managed River Canard Poultry. Flor was an active member of the LaSalle Friendship Club, past president for 6 years and devoted many hours at Meals on Wheels. If you so desire, donations to the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation or to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family. Cremation was held. Memorial visitation will be held Thursday 7-9pm at Families First 3260 Dougall Ave. South Windsor, 519-969-5841.
