Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on July 8, 2019 at 82 years of age. Reunited with her beloved husband Dr. Petraq Xoxa (2018). Loving mother of Mariana (Petrika) Pecani and Andon (Jusjana) Xoxa. Precious grandmother of Blerina (Endrit Celiku) Pecani, Martin Xoxa and Albana Pecani. Great Grandmother of Oliver and Adrian. Dear sister of Luan (Marieta) Vinjau and Bardhyl Vinjau. Cherished aunt of Keidi, Pirro and Samira. She will be sadly missed by her extended family and dear friends.

Flutur was a well-respected Literature and Languages teacher and will be remembered by generations of students from “Scanderbeg” High School and Military Academy “Scanderbeg” in Albania.
