Frances Preston - Rilling (nee Doherty)

Promoted to Glory on November 28, 2018 with loving family by her side at the young age of 97. Reunited with husbands Fred Preston (1989), Phillip Rilling (2009) and beloved son Fred Jr. (1985). Loving mother to Carol (late John) Muir, Susan Preston and Beth (Marc) Ross. Proud Nana to Al (Teresa), Heather, Fred (Jerilee), Stephen (Tammy), Robert (Cathy), Johnny (Stephanie), Jillian (Andrew), Joanna (Jay) and T.J (Julie). Fun loving Sassa to 12 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by 7 brothers and sisters. Loving aunt to Barb & Ted Dilkens and many nieces and nephews. Special Friend to Marge Preston and Tracy Styles. Frances was a lifelong Soldier of the South Windsor Salvation Army Citadel and will be remembered for her hugs. If you so desire, donations to the Salvation Army Windsor Centre of Hope would be appreciated by the family. Memorial visiting Sunday from 3-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at Families First 3260 Dougall Ave. South Windsor, 519-969-5841. On Monday friends are invited to join the family at 11 a.m. at South Windsor Salvation Army Citadel (1201 Grand Marais Rd. W) for a celebration of Frans life.
