Passed with her family by her side on February 20, 2012 at the age of 87 years. Beloved wife of Jim for 65 years. Cherished mother of Heather Young (Toronto), and Shelley Loiselle and husband Wayne. Loving Granny to Maureen Young, Lauren Teeple and husband Rantz, and Matt Loiselle. Will be missed by several brothers and sisters in law, nieces and nephews. Fran retired from G.M.
