Passed away peacefully on December 22, 2020 at 92 years of age. Reunited with his wife Jeannine (2018). Dearest father of Daniel, Ronald and wife Shelley, and Cheryl Osborn. Cherished papa of Brad, Chelsea, Drew, and Jamie. Son of Arthur and Hedwig Ouellette. Frank was the last of his family of 8 brothers and sisters. He will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and close friends. Retired from GM Trim, Frank enjoyed many years out at the trailer spending time around the fire, fishing and being around his friends. If you so desire, donations to the Kidney Foundation/Windsor & District Chapter would be appreciated. A private family service was held, a celebration of life will occur at a later date.
