Obituary for Gail Blasko
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our Mom on March 28, 2021 at the age of 80. Reunited with the love of her life, the late Tony Blasko (1991). Loving Mom of Phil and Tracy Blasko, Chalene and Don Gerbrandt. Special Babka of the late Andrew (2015), Anthony, Evan, Kyle and Ryan. Daughter of the late Ellwood and Beatrice Draper. Dearest sister of the late Bruce (2018)(Goldie), the late Roy (2018), Anne Ellwood (Allan), Ruth Draper-Iler (Jimmy), and Scott (Heather). Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Gail worked as a House Parent at the School for the Deaf in Saskatoon for 20 years, and then as an Interpreter.
A private family service will be held, followed by cremation.
A Celebration of Gail’s life will be held at a later date.
Interment in Saskatoon at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, Solcz Family Foundation Respite Home, Family Respite Services Windsor Essex.
