Gary Williamson
Passed away peacefully with his family by his side on September 29, 2019 at 69 years of age. Beloved husband of Valerie (nee Meloche) for 49 years. Cherished father of Aimee (David) Cadarette, Denise (Richard) Court, Sherry (Mike) Coulter and reunited with his baby son Gary Jr. (1973). Loving Pépé of Daulton and Dylan Prisque, Hannah and Lily Court, Kayden, Kenneth and Kyler Coulter. Dear brother of Linda (Jerry) Zelle and predeceased by siblings Carrie Coté, Deon Morencie and Larry Williamson. Gary will be sadly missed by his extended family and many dear friends.
He retired from the Amherstburg Police Department after many years of service and enjoyed many summers on Manitoulin Island with his family.
If you so desire, donations to the Hospice of Windsor would be appreciated by the family.
Cremation services were held. Memorial visitation Friday, October 4, 2019 from 1-3 p.m. and 5 p.m. until time of Memorial Service at 7 p.m. at Families First, 585 Sandwich St. S., Amherstburg, 519-969-5841.
