Peacefully with loving family by his side on April 17, 2012 at the age of 78. Beloved husband and best friend of Wendy for 58 years. Devoted father of Wellington (Patrice), Wilson, Ann, Williamson (Christine), Mary, Margaret, Elizabeth, Walter (Gathnie), Diane (Peter) and William. Proud Papa of Kyle, Christie, Rachel, Calais, Wilson Jr., Travis, Cleopatra, Alexandra, Amanda, Matthew, Aimee, Tiffany, Timothy, Christina, Celeste, Walter Jr., Grace, John and Alyssia. Loving brother-in-law of Elaine, Terry and Sue (Bill Tam). He will be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Gene was a well-respected, proud and successful businessman in the Bahamas.
